These errors are typically caused by the LCD not receiving any data from the Commander CORE. The general fault error type covers all errors that are not related to the pump. If you see the following error icon, it means you are experiencing a general fault. In this case, contact Customer Support and we will provide further assistance. Please note that if you plug in the LCD while your PC is on, you may have damaged the pump's tachometer sensor, which will lead to the error.
